Terms of use
These terms apply to your use of breviti.ca, including the free Admin Score, the admin cost calculator, and our guides. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Information, not professional advice
The Admin Score, calculator results, example prescriptions, and guides on this site are general information and estimates only. They are not accounting, tax, legal, financial, or professional advice, and they aren't a substitute for advice from a qualified professional about your situation. Software features, pricing, and availability change often; check details with the vendor before relying on them.
Estimates are estimates
The Admin Score and cost figures are calculated from the answers you give, using simple assumptions. They're meant to show where to look first, not to measure your business accurately. We make no promise that any result, saving, or outcome will be achieved.
Paid services
Prescriptions, software setup, and custom builds are provided under the scope, price, and terms we agree with you in writing before work starts. Those written terms take priority over anything on this site. Prices shown on the site are starting prices and may change; your quote is the price that applies.
Third-party software and links
We may recommend or link to third-party software and websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their products, availability, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party software is between you and the vendor. If we receive a referral fee for a recommendation, we disclose it in your prescription.

Please don't misuse the site: no submitting false information, spam, or automated submissions, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, and no use that breaks the law.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the site or its content, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose, and we don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Breviti isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Our total liability relating to the site and its free content is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
